Returns & Exchanges

At Anjeer, we celebrate the slow and imperfect nature of handmade garments. Because our products are made in small batches or to order, we do not accept returns. However, we do offer size exchanges if the fit is not correct.

Exchange Window

If you would like to exchange your piece for a different size, please email us at hello@anjeer.studio within 7 days of receiving your order. The garment must be in its original, unworn condition with all tags attached.

Return Shipping

Please note that customers are responsible for shipping costs associated with returning the item for exchange. We recommend using a trackable shipping service as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.

Damaged or Defective Goods

In the rare case that your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately with photographs at hello@anjeer.studio within 48 hours of delivery, and we will arrange a replacement or credit note.
